Hindustan Cargo Packers And Movers - House hold goods were delivered with severely damaged

The household goods were shifted by Hindustan Cargo packers and movers on **/**/**** in Bangalore from Hyderabad with the most of items were severely damaged. I followed up with packers and movers & Liberty general insurance Company. There was no proper response from them for the claim for the damaged goods. Even the packers and movers team is not in a position to tell the exact reason for damage. I had really mental torcher from the day delivery of the goods for a claim. It's really very irresponsible towards customer service after goods delivery. I am really indeed to get compensation for the damaged goods from either packers and movers OR insurance company. I have attached the goods list quotation from packers and movers which was given after packing in Hyderabad, Pictures of damaged goods and loss of estimation for the damaged goods. Please do advise me if I still need to produce any other information.
