Ekart delivery - Package not Delivered

Subject: Complaint Regarding Undelivered Package Marked as Delivered

I am writing to bring to your attention a concerning incident regarding a recent delivery made by Ekart. On **th feb , I have ordered women quest * Road Running shoes (Order ID # ******* **************)with myntra.The tracking information indicated that the package was delivered on ** th February, however, to my dismay, I did not receive the package.

I have checked my surroundings, and even checked with the building's security, but there was no sign of the package. It is evident that the delivery was falsely marked as completed without any attempt to deliver the package to the intended recipient.

This incident has caused me inconvenience and frustration as I was eagerly awaiting the arrival of the package. Not only was the delivery not made, but the false indication of delivery has also raised questions about the reliability and integrity of Ekart's delivery services.

I request a thorough investigation into this matter to determine the whereabouts of my package and to ensure that such incidents do not occur in the future. Additionally, I would appreciate appropriate action being taken against the delivery personnel responsible for this negligence.

As a customer, I expect a prompt resolution to this issue and assurance that steps are being taken to prevent similar occurrences in the future. I trust that you will address this matter with the seriousness it deserves and provide me with a satisfactory resolution at the earliest.
