Amazon .in - Package not delivered

I cheated from Amazon which leads to a big misfortune in my life. It started when I ordered a gift for my wife through Amazon on March **. They used to do good service to me for my previous orders. On that trust, I ordered an item and on **th noticed the product has automatically got cancelled and refund process message was received. Then I contacted their customer service representative and they replied that the product which received for delivery was in a damaged state. So they didn't deliver, so I explained to him the importance of this item as it is a gift for my wife. So their customer representative told to rebook again and this time let it be express delivery and like it a delivery fault from our side we will refund the express delivery charge once the product received. So I made the reorder again with express delivery. After two days again I received a message the product delivery failed and order will be refunded. Again I contacted the customer service, they told " they feel very bad for this fault again and this will not happen again and they provide me with their senior and from there itself by their senior placed the order again and gave an assurance that on the birth date that is on *th April this will be with you. On this trust, I waited again and on *nd April early morning around * am I again contacted their customer service only for assurance that I don't want to be in an awful position. So they gave me assurance of not to worry and surely they will deliver it to my wife. Till evening I didn't receive any information or call back on the product delivery. So again evening I contacted them so they replied to me sorry. This product again got cancelled and not possible to deliver it to your location. I requested them much time that if they could provide me with their courier service number I could collect if from whichever location. They replied not possible. This was a horrible experience in my life. And I don't want anyone to get this mishappening in future. All the chat transcripts were saved by me. So I have the evidence too for it.
