I placed an order with Just herbs from their website online on ** January ****. I made the payment for the same online. After noticing that my order hasn't even been dispatched yet, I tried contacting their customer support but they don't bother to reply even once. I even called them multiple times and shared concern through emails too, still they didn't revert back. I contacted iThink logistics, they said that my order hasn't even been handed over to them. Then I checked the reviews online and found out they have been scamming people like this since long. I need a solution for this problem. Please help me get my products or the money at least!
