Kaveri Bhar filed complaint against APCOS NATURALS Pvt Ltd Just herbs on Oct 23, 2019
Made online purchase of the following products:
a. Liquorice Shea Lip Butter Balm
b. Kumuda - Indian White Water Lily Silicone-Free Conditioner
The package (https://ecomexpress.in/tracking/?awb_field=**********) was fully paid on *th oct **** and yet didn't reach the delivery address as of today i.e., **th oct ****. The package has AWB no as **********.
Complained multiple times on Facebook page , watsapp and mail. The company haven't issued any complaint number. It can't reached over ****-*******.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
