Apple 14 - Package not delivered

I was about receive the courier from Jeeves team which has an Iphone ** which has my E-Sim and all my data and my office access over that Iphone itself and my issue is that courier has been sent through the AWB:- *********** when I'm tracking it shows delivered but the thing is I haven't received this courier please do the needful ASAP as it has my all the data and all my banking access and my office access and the same time I have ordered lens from lenskart which has to be delivered on Jan *st **** but they have delivered it on **st dec **** where they have delivered to the neighbour home where they kept the package near the washing machine inside the neighbour compound without our acknowledgement this is hilarious and arousing things that you have done which is now literally troubling me to any financial activity and not able to login to my office as well...
