I ordered roti and chicken laohri through uber eats at Vadodara during **.** am. They wish to delivered **.** am. I was waiting for my dinner, at last, I call them at *.** am for my order status. Actually ordered was prepared but there was no any delivery velevt assign for the pick this order by uber eats. Again I consult with then they told me your order will be delivered up to *.** am and we will give you compensation regarding the delay in delivery. At last, I again call then at *.** am and they forward my call towards the head of their department. Again they told me to wait for your order will be delivered within ** minutes. Finally, *.** am I have a message on a Uber eats App that your order was cancelled. And we will refund your money. We had not done dinner at that night because at *.** am they cancel my order. So why they are not ready to give compensation for my loss of time regarding my order. How they simply cancel the order, they don't think that someone waiting for dinner. We are totally depending on online food delivery due to we are far away from the home or parents. Please do justice.
