Paytm Mall - Package not delivered

I had placed an order (mobile cover) with on **th February with an expected date of delivery *rd March ****. On not receiving the order till *th March, I followed up with Paytm Mall and received a call from them on **th March. They told me that order would take ** more days and whether I wanted to cancel the order. I was specific that I wanted the order regardless of the delay. ** days after this, they cancelled my order from their end giving me no intimation. If I track the order, it is still in transit. I complain about Paytm mall and they are not ready to give me my order and asking to place a fresh order again. They are stating that the order has been returned to the merchant but the courier company does not agree with them nor do they have any supporting evidence to prove that. I am not sure who might be using my order and this makes me angry as I had been excitedly waiting for the order for more than a month. I have all the phone call recordings with the customer care and the tracking details of the order. The customer care keeps on closing the issue without any resolution. I want my order delivered. Please help.
