Wakefit - Package not delivered

On July *st, my mattress was supposed to be delivered, but it wasn't. The item arrived in Chennai from Bangalore on the same day I ordered it, on June **, but it has been sitting in a warehouse since then and no one seems to be interested in delivering it to us. Despite my repeated phone calls to Wakefit, where I spoke to two different managers, the social escalation team, and warehouse managers, nobody seems to genuinely care about doing their job.
I believe that this is obviously the result of management indifference, as these so-called managers and others fail to assume responsibility. Instead, in my opinion, they simply mark their attendance for the day and depart without addressing the concerns of the customers.
Arshad from the Social Media escalation desk called me yesterday and said he would have the mattress delivered to me this morning. A few minutes later, someone from the warehouse called me from *********** and said the same thing. He even instructed me to be in the house this morning as they would come deliver the mattress. (I took time off work because of this.) As of **.** p.m., neither the mattress nor the warehouse guy have shown up. He even blocked me, making life incredibly simple for him by allowing him to avoid doing his job and having to respond.
I've never regretted purchasing items from Flipkart or Amazon online, but your Wakefit Customer Service forced me to do so this time, and I really, really regret it. I'm furious because I can't believe a company in the twenty-first century offers such poor service, from logistics to customer support to managers.
And finally, after listening to my lengthy story, your customer service representative named William decided to tell me the same thing once more: wait ** hours for a UPDATE! Is it beggarly of me to wait for CM's update? I had to yell at him because you guys don't have any respect for a customer. He should be fired right away as after this he goes and updates my case ticket from * Critical to * saying customer did not ask for this, dude really?, just like the warehouse workers who aren't doing their jobs. There are a huge number of people who are qualified for and willing to perform these jobs.
