I ordered for a battery for Micromax Ureka AO**** phone online on mobiclues.com. The order was successful and the amount of Rs ***.** paid through credit card. After about a week company informed me that my order was cancelled because of some issue with the courier company and the refund has been processed. But even after ** days refund has not reached my account. Now they don't respond to my emails and the chat is also offline.
