Mobiclues.com - Order cancelled and refund not given

I have ordered a beard trimmer from mobiclues.com under order no. #**** on dated **st March ****. But on dated **.**.**** order was cancelled and they wrote to me that they will refund the money within the week. But I didn't receive the amount till now. Kindly help me.
