I ordered my books in Cerebellum Academy which was shipped via delhivery on **/**/****.
My parcel was on hold in the Krishnagiri hub for * days.No proper response from the Delhivery dealership Krishnagiri.Very poor customer service.
Today they told me to collect my parcel in person.So I went to Krishnagiri office which is **kms away from my location.After reaching there the person not attending my call.
After so much effort they attended my call and their reply was very irresponsible.
It affected my mental and physical health too much.I want a compensation amount of *lakh rupees.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
