I have tried reaching Flipkart to check why the order has been delayed. There is no response from the escalation team as well as there is no information from customer care team where is the product from the date the amount has been deducted it has been in the order received status and again I got the message today that it will be delayed by **th March. No one is giving the right information even I have escalated that to grievance department and from there as well I have received no response.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
