My complaint against Countryard Imperial Inn and Suits Company. We have attended a seminar at Dia Park Premier Hotel, Gurugram in which Ciis described their holiday packages. We bought a ** years plan from Ciis on dated **nd Feb ****. Ciis representative informed me that we will provide you with * star hotels only, one trip for Singapore for * person (included * days * star hotel in little India included breakfast and dinner and one side air tickets for * person), One night stay at JW Marriot hotels anywhere in India including everything and also he told that we will convert your total amount in interest free ** month. They informed me that they will send me written documents to me within ** days with all promises.
But now Ciis representative not attending my call also not responding on my mail.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
