RichesM Healthcare - Package not delivered

I am writing this online complaint regarding my prepaid order that I placed on **th April with order ID *****. However, till today, I have not received any update about my order and it has not been delivered yet.

I have tried calling the customer support numbers provided by your company several times but I have not received any response from your end. It is extremely disappointing to see such negligence from your side towards your customers.

I had chosen your company for my healthcare needs, but this kind of unprofessional behavior is unacceptable. It is not only causing inconvenience to me but also putting my health at risk as I am unable to receive the necessary medication on time.

I request you to take immediate action to resolve this issue and deliver my order as soon as possible. I hope you will take this matter seriously and ensure that such incidents do not occur in the future.
