RichesM Healthcare - Amount not getting refunded

I had placed an order ** days ago. I paid via Google pay .I got no update om the order despite calling and emailing. Suddenly I get a mail that your amount has been refunded, but amount is reflected in my bank account. I emailed and called them over and over again, I got one email saying that we’ll refund your amount tomorrow. That was *-* days ago, now they are ignoring and cutting and calls and e-mails.
