Rapdio - Package not delivered

We booked rapido bike for delivery of mutton on */**/**** and the delivery person called and asked otp and then I paid online and mutton worth *** was given to him by the shop. The delivery was handled by Delli Babu and there was no delivery of item. When asked rapdio customer support they closed the issue as resolved by just giving the contact number of the delivery person. They displayed a message for parcel delivery do not use rapido bike use rapido local. That's all. The contact number given never picks up.
