Today i booked a ride at ***pm from rapido bike taxi, the pick up point was at my college i wanted to be dropped at my home which is situated nearby, it was charged ** rupees in the Rapdio App but that driver, Tamilselvan K K , literally asked ** ruppes in a rude tone. And ride was not safe , while nearing home, he dropped me in the middle of road , saying there's so road work is happening there so can't go further(but there were ** cars and ** bikes moving here and around) , he simply kicked me out of the vehicle and still asking for extra amount that is ** rupees. How that does even a right thing to do??? But I didn't give and said bro there's a way just wait the road will be clear in * minutes but he didn't stay and demanded the extra amount then when I said NO he abused me with bad words in the middle of the road.. with extreme and sensitive bad words. So now who's fault is that? Who will take the responsibility?? WHERE IS MY PERSONAL SAFETY IN A BIG COMPANY???? I did not get a good response from the company's side. I lost HOPEEE on them.. this is not my first time using the app I'm using it for years..My rating is *.* as customer i do tipped a lot captions in from the app with my whole BUTTT THISS is DEVESTATINGGGG!! . I want to rise complaint against the cheaply behaved driver who abused me in front of all. And attacked me personally...

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
