Swiggy Bundl Technologies Pvt Ltd - Package not delivered

Placed an order and the delivery partner was not responding.. after completion of time given.. customer care asked me to wait for ** mins until then already ** mins were passed from expected delivery time which was **-** mins and later he asked me whether I want to wait or cancel the order.. post *-*.* hours since i order the food would have cool down or stale and accordingly as per his communication asked him to cancel the food provided provide me a compensation for the time I wasted here.. he denied and started offering me *** coupon which can’t be clubbed with the membership benefits which is win win situation for Swiggy. For the time I was waiting and I wasted in this discussion I asked for a compensation. For which he said he will be giving me ***… is it what *** is compensation for a hunger of a person and * hour of time which he has wanted for it.
