I recently placed an order for Red Velvet Cake Heart Shape and Sweet
Roses N Chocolates on December ** and since then, I have had a terrible experience
with the company.
First of all, I was promised that my order
would be delivered within January ** but it has been well past that timeframe
and I have not received any updates or information about the status of my
order.
Furthermore, when I tried to reach out the
customer service team for assistance, I was met with unhelpful responses and no
resolution to my issue. I have also noticed that the promise of same-day
delivery on your website is false and misleading, as my order was not delivered
on time, as promised.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
