I ordered Xiaomi mi band * product on September **, ****. It's been * and half months over that i ordered the xiaomi mi band * with tracking option but they shipped via untrack method. But still i haven't got the product. Its not delivered yet. The company customer care said that it will deliver soon. Everytime they are saying the product will deliver soon. When I request for the refund they said it is not possible when the product is in transit. I have wait for * and half months but now i can't wait more. So finally i want the refund from the company.
