Placed an order in nykaa (order number NYK-*********-*******) worth ₹****. The shipment of products was done in * batches and *nd shipment had * products. Also for this order, nyka prive birthday gift was included. The *nd shipment for all the * products was never delivered and the delivered package had only the free gift items. The products were worth ₹****. Nykaa support did their investigation but just came up with sorry and confirmation that all products are delivered even after repeatedly telling them that i never received any products.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
