I ordered a hoodie from badtamees.com on **th January, **. The product cost was ***. The delivered product had a quality issue. So, I want to return this product. Reversed pick up of my product happened on **th January, **. Then I was choosing a product rs. ***. So, the company refund my extra rs. *** by paytm cash. but this time the company does not send me any product. Then I try to contact the company, they do not respond properly. when they respond, make a lot of excuses. When I want to track id from my product, they give a wrong tracking id.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
