I ordered a t-shirt, denim shirt and a hoodie from badtamees.com site, but due to inappropriate sizes, fitting and poor quality of clothes, I have returned the same back.
I mail them many times and after which they replied that it will take *-* days to refund back.
Its been more than the time they gave, i tried emailing them to know the status but no reply. The contact number on their website was wrong which i sent them on email and they removed it after my email but not replied back.
I have reached out to the phone number from which I got a call for return purpose and it looks its deliberately switched off now, after doing many calls.
The payment was done to Froogal Tech LLP account which is the company behind Badtamees.com website.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
