Swiggy Instamart ITC - Package not delivered

Today I have ordered of Rs**** on swiggy instamart. My payment was made online. It showed payment successfully. My money was deducted from my bank account and afterwards iys showing again to " make payment ". How many times do I have to pay for * order.my money of Rs**** is deducted from my account but I did not get my order yet. Pls send the refund back to my account . Don't cheat.pls send my money back.
