This complaint is against Swiggy Instamart. They have cheated on my sister who is a widow and have no clues about such frauds. She placed an order on **th May **** for some goods which wasn't delivered to us. We kept on waiting and upon calling the delivery man, he cancelled the order by himself. When we contacted the customer service for refund they cheated and levied some hidden policy mentioning that there will be no refund
How cruel are they? How easily they manipulate the customer and digest their hard earn money.
I am escalating this case on my sister's behala as she is a widow and not familiar with such way to complaint.
My only request is to provide us the full refund and whatever they have harrassed us
