Indian Air Force - Package not delivered

We have ordered Some furnitures from Indian Air force And they Said they will deliver all the items at a particular time and the calling again and again and saying that the faced a problem and to recover from problem pay a sum of amount then the transport merchant will departure from there and come and again they say that they are stuck in a Security Gate Because of a GPS case and they said to pay a sum of amount to releive the truck and we did but then again they said they are again unsuccessful to relieve the truck because the Mumbai head office declined to send the mail and they said that to pay a amount first of all we have ordered things of ***** and In call the Said forced to pay and we have paid amount of ***** and they said to pay the delivery amount of ***** to get the extra amount of ***** refunded and then they said if we not paid the amount of ***** then they will not deliver the extra refund and make the Ordered items and Money hold for * months
