Indian Air Force - Ineffective resolve by Air India

I had booked two air tickets with Air India for domestic travel on * Feb **.The PNR Number is HDJMF. I wish to reschedule my flight for which the medium is through Customer Care. The call is chargeable to self and I have been trying to get in touch for quite some time now. I have tried * times now and the wait over each call has been for ** minutes at least and then also my query remains unresolved. I wish for quick resolve to my problem.
