I placed an order by mistake and when I asked them to cancel they refused to do so as they said the package has been dispatched and so I opted for online payment and the lady sent me a link to do so. I made the payment but since then I have not got any update related to the product. the order was placed on *th Feb and since then the order status is confirmed only. They are not even replying to mails or messages. They are fraud.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
