I had received my pair of boots in a damaged condition on **th Jan, I placed return request on the same day. The package was picked up after three days and it's not delivered yet. The delivery status is not updated, it says - "exchange- return request sent" even though it's picked up.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
