I have ordered Phillips OTG from Jio Mart on **th October **, the order was shipped on **th Oct **, however it has not yet delivered till now. The order status changes everyday showing that order will be delivered by next day. I have raised complaint (**********) with jio mart customer care on ** October which was supposed to be resolved in ** hours, however no resolution till date.
