I ordered a manchester city backpack on ** January from the site pynkvilla which i found on instagram, the bag costed rs *** and only allowed online payment, i placed my order through my debit card, but the product hasn't been delivered, i tried to call them numerous times to reach out to them but the number this site provided wasn't working as it was out of reach, i request to either get my backpack which i placed my order for or get my money back as soon as possible as this site seems like a fraud who takes up money but doesn't deliver any of that stuff. Please work on my matter as soon as you can.
