Flipkart - Package not delivered

I have ordered Livguard PT ****TT Tubular Inverter Battery (***Ah) on **-**-**** and It should delivered by **-**-****. However it's not delivered at promise date. I have raise many queries with customer support and called them many times, they don't have any idea about the product shipment and the delivery date keeps on changing.
Because this issue, I was lost ** hours development work with customer and they have raise the concern about my work. It makes huge loss, lost faith with customer and it creates mental pressure on me. Please help me with issue sorted and get me composition.
