I've placed two orders with Karat Vogue each worth Rs ** almost * days back. It was mentioned that the products will be delivered within * days and all the details will be provided through mails but since then, I haven't received any updates or the package. I've also mailed them and complained about that too but they didn't reverted. Asking for your help so that I can either receive the packages or a refund.
