Karat vogue - Package not delivered

I have a prepaid order from this site and it's been almost three months and still no updates about the order.... It's not how much money is paid it's about service and trust I even tried to contact the customer care and emailed them but now their website is not working .... I am worried that my money is wasted.... And for the evidence my order number is **** and i don't know what to do
