Myntra - Package not Delivered

The ordeal started on **th June when the following * products were supposed to be delivered worth roughly **** Rs.HERE&NOW - Women White & Orange Pure Cotton Ethnic Motifs Printed Straight Kurta  Size: MLakme - Forever Matte Liquid Lip Colour - ** Red Sangria, *.* ml, Size: OnesizeAnouk - Women Grey & Black Striped Pure Cotton Kurta with Trousers, Size: MAnouk - Women Beige & Blue Printed Stole, Size: Onesize
These items were not delivered. The contact number received for the delivery agent via SMS was incorrect.  Contact is given by Myntra Team -Delivery Agent (+************).Nor did not I receive any confirmation on SMS that the product got delivered.
It was after * days that I checked my Myntra app, the items were showing as delivered. I immediately raised complaints through Call and they took me through a process where we are supposed to wait for ** hours after claiming an issue.

The issue was self-resolved without my consent. They claimed that they had checked their warehouse and the item was dispatched at the location. The customer support said that the delivery agent delivered the product to the security guard. But, there is no security guard in my building.
I had re-opened the issue almost * times and the same tactic of asking to wait for **-** hours was used making me wait for almost ** days.
It is not about the money but It is about the headache one has to suffer due to such a silly grievance redressal system. This not only makes one switch to other business solutions but also creates negative publicity around the application. Keeping customer satisfaction at the last will surely ruin the company.
