At morning of ** th June **** I received a Message from shadofax delivery service regarding my product delivery details n and that time I was not at home,door was locked n I m at office Mumbai Central station n suddenly in the noon at **.** message came that my product was delivered on my address but how can this act possible as Door was locked n I m at office.So this is most negligent act from shadofax delivery man n to whom he gave my product package delivery. This is so unprofessional n looses ur valuable customer's faith on shadowfax delivery service.Kindly resolve my issue as soon as possible.Either Give me delivery of my product or refund me the said amount of product
