I am going on a vacation on **st May which is why i ordered a travel bag from myntra express delivery according to which i placed the order on **th May and shud have received by **th May. When i checked my app it says it has been shipped from banglore and reflecting delivery date as *nd June. The reason i placed this order was because of express delivery which is mentioned on the product for my pin code. I called cust service team ,they said in our system if we are entering your pincode it doesnr say express delivery, i send and showed them the screenshot which says on pincode ****** it is express deli ery for this product, they hung up bcz they didnt had any answer. I ll be attaching same screenshot which i took yesterday as proof that it is express * day delivery for this product. I want to sue them because they are attracting customers in the name of express delivery however they dont have logistic to support that.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
