Rare Rabbit - Package not delivered

I placed an order with rarerabbit on **rd april ****. Order number RCOM******. It was never delivered to me and after various follow-ups with the courier company, i was finally informed on *nd May **** that order is marked RTO because of technical reasons. Since then, i have made a number of customer support calls to rare rabbit, exchanged emails with their email support but either they don't answer Or when they do, it's with a repeated message of refund is in process and will take another *-* days. I wrote on social media and found several more such customers who reported same issue with rare rabbit. It is a day light robbery by Rare Rabbit company which needs to be put a stop too and they should be penalised for harassing people of India.
