Hemanth filed complaint against Flipkart on Sep 30, 2017
I ordered a product on **sep and it has to be delivered by **-** sep...and when I called the delivery guy he said he was busy on ** and he will deliver it on ** by *pm...on ** th I dint get any call or message from them regarding this.i contacted Flipkart on ** th at *pm and he told me to wait til *pm. I waited still I dint get any update of the product.Later I called one of the senior executive named hemanth .he told me that he was sorry for the false replies given by his staff for making me to wait til *pm.and he assured me that I will receive a message tomorrow that my product is out for delivery and it will be delivered by **sep **pm.til now there was no update again..when I called the customer centre on ** Sept **pm.the only thing they keep on saying is that they have raised a issue regarding that but they can't do anything regarding this issue .and another big mistake done by one of the senior executive is that when I am explaining my issue for past few minutes she is not listening to what I am speaking and doing some other personal work. And she has admitted that she has done a mistake by not listening to the customer..this is really bad on Flipkart..she was not even able to speak out again what I was trying to explain her inspire of all these they only keep on saying that sir we can't do anything regarding this..and she just hang up the call..
