i ordered ifb microwave and vu tv from flipkart.
out of the two , i have received only tv.
after few days my flipkart account showing the delivery of both whereas received only tv.
even I have got the invoice in my name that it has been delivered to me.
when I called the customer care , they are saying that someone has signed in my name and taken the microwave. Such casual attitude will not be accepted.
this is purely the case of forgery and negligence on part of flipkart/their courier service.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
