Hi I have placed an order on meesha app on **st January, item comfy women blouse which was to be delivered by **th Feb. It got shipped via xpressbees and after *th feb no tracking got updated neither it arrived. Called meesho many times but they only ask you to wait. On **th march finally they confirmed it has been lost over an email. I contacted them next day and asked for refund. Still they ask to wait for **hrs.again contacted after a week again they asked to wait for **hrs.There customer support is so poor they don't have knowledge of anything. Whenever you ask them something they start reading the content sent over mail which you have already read. When you ask them to connect with manager they can't even do that. They should refund the amount automatically if the item is lost. As there's no proper resolution given till date, this has caused lot of mental harrasment. Kindly do not pay for any order of meesho.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.

I have returned my item on ** October to pickup person shared the OTP also before returning which i received but I still didn't get any refund yet. Also in the portal the status is still showing as return initiated
