Hi, i had order a package a few weeks ago and it has still not been delivered. And then when i check the site it shows it has been delivered!. I haven't received any calls or even a message!. I called customer care and they said they would take care of it in ** hours and asked me to show the proof to which i have sent them the screenshot of the delivered message. Then when i call back they're telling me that I had to call within * days and it's not their policy. I asked them for the courier service's number and they refuse to give even that!. Unbelievable. They Don't want to even investigate this problem. Beware of ordering in this company or paying them in the future.
