I placed my order successfully on October **th **** (Order Number:MP******) I never received any updates, and knew that the order was yet to be shipped after tracking it through the tracker so I tried to reach out to the customer care on October **th ****, asking them for the following:
*. Update about my order
*. ETA for my order
*. I had requested them to make the shipment faster as it was for a birthday present, and also told them that I was ready to pay for it.
I only got a reply back from the customer support stating that, " The order is under process to be shipped " which I knew looking at the shipment tracking, and they failed to reply my queries.
I sent them a text again on **nd October to cancel my order if it is getting delayed. They never responded to my message in whatsapp.
They sent me their shipment on *nd November even after asking them to cancel it.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
