Nutrabay - Package not delivered

I’ve order ON Gold, Glutamine and EAA for which I paid *****/- (order ID *******). I’ve placed a prepaid order on **th Feb **** and now it’s **st Feb **** and I’m still waiting for my order to be delivered. They have chosen the most disgusting courier partner (delhivery courier) and on top of that there is no customer support in nutrabay. Very much irresponsible customer support by nutrabay. I’ve called them more than ** times and wrote mails to them and every time I call they say, ‘sir we have escalated your concern’. I don’t even understand escalated where, when there is no solution that they are providing. I would highly suggest not to choose this site for ordering health supplements. It’s better to get from offline sources or some other sites but nutrabay should be avoided at any cost. No refund, no customer support, very irresponsible, and lame behaviour. I want my money back.
