I had ordered protein powder from Nutrabay on *th August (I have been using their product from a year now).
However, this time the powder was of inferiority quality - it was not mixing well and had a chalky aftertaste, indicating potential adulteration or inferior quality of product. The order ID is NBP******* and amount is *,***.
Even after repeated requests with Nutrabay, I have not recevied any satisfactory response (earliest complaint was on **rd August)
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
