I ordered a blue Atletico Madrid jacket on November **,****. They said that delivery would take *-** days. After no updates I wrote them an email on November ** asking when Will the product be dispatched. But there was no response. After sometime I approached them on WhatsApp on November **. They replied that product will be dispatched next week but it still hasn't reached me. I tried calling them and getting in touch through Instagram but there was no response
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
