Dunzo delivery - Package not delivered

Hello mam,sir
I ordered *kg vijetha whole wheat aata * Jan **** .I ordered *st time form your dunzo app .I have already paid . I saw the dunzo app .I saw the image of my item and suddenly the review page come and am not going to back so I given the star to the delivery boy ,"Neelagiri shrinivas" and the vijetha store without receiving my item ..after given the star then I back to the page so I saw that order is successfully delivered but I am not received my item and not received any call from dunzo website about my order.
Please give my item or refund my money and don't break trust .
