I have received no communication from the delivery team for my order
********** sent by Shreya. Twice Shiprocket has sent me a msg that I was unavailable to, receive the courier but in reality your delivery person didn't bother to contact me and drop the courier in my address. This is an outrageous act and accounts to forgery.
I request the Shiprocket management to look into this and to send my courier in the earliest possible time.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
