Shiprocket - Package not delivered

Respected sir,
I am Dr. V. Aravinth, yet to receive parcel through Vasa Denticity private Ltd - shiprocket.
Big liar from ur employee.
Reason quoted for not deliver ing is really upsetting me.
Address is not clear and money is not ready.
Kindly ask

At what time they came and whn I told , money was not ready
Really ur big liar.
This is the way to treat ur customer lik this.
This is the second time, ur cheating.
First time, u said u r address is incomplete.
But one month before only I ordered through dental kart wit same address.
But second time ur telling money is not ready.
This is the way u treat the customer.
Very worst customer service I came through in my life.
That too big liar courier service.
This is not fair.
Kindly take necessary action against this issue..
